Information for Sponsors and Exhibitors
Any business and/or non-profit organization may display products, building supplies, activities, or services that save energy, produce clean energy, teach environmentally sound practices, display environmentally friendly living, recycle, or advocate for protection of Earth. Those who do not wish to exhibit but still want to show support for the Shawnee Energy Fest may sponsor the event.
The Humanity sponsors will be featured in all advertising.
The logo of the sponsor will be placed on the banners hanging outside and inside the Fest.
Two prime spaces will be available in the Fest for the Humanity Sponsors to exhibit their “green” products, materials, or energy efficient services.
The Humanity Sponsors will be introduced at the ribbon cutting of the event at 9:00 a.m. on May 2

Early Weekend Passes registration ends April 11th to process your Passes; however, Weekend Passes will be available at the Main Gate to Shawnee Energy Fest on arrival without reservations (seating limited for the Friday evening dinner).
